Besmir Leci leads Ordinal Developments with a focus on structured delivery, consistency on site and long-term value across every project.

With extensive experience in groundworks, substructure and construction delivery, Besmir has built the business around a practical, hands-on approach. He works closely with both clients and site teams to ensure projects are properly planned and executed with clarity from start to finish.

His focus is simple. Maintain control of delivery, keep projects moving, and ensure standards are met at every stage. The result is a reliable and coordinated approach across all aspects of development and construction.

Warren King

Business Development

Warren focuses on building relationships and supporting the growth of Ordinal Developments across both new and existing clients. Working closely with developers, consultants and site teams, he ensures clear communication from first introduction through to project delivery.

Alongside his practical understanding of construction and on-site delivery, Warren brings a strong commercial perspective, supported by his academic background from the London School of Economics.

His role is centred on keeping things straightforward. Building strong relationships, maintaining clarity from the outset, and supporting a consistent approach across each project.

Oguz Batmaz

Quantity Surveyor

Oguz Batmaz supports the commercial and financial management of projects across Ordinal Developments. Working closely with the delivery team, he is responsible for cost control, valuations and ensuring works are aligned with project budgets.

With a practical understanding of construction and site delivery, Oguz provides clear oversight of costs from early planning through to completion. His role helps maintain control across projects, ensuring decisions are made with both programme and budget in mind.

By working closely with both site teams and clients, Oguz contributes to a structured approach that keeps projects organised, efficient and commercially sound.
