We maintain an ongoing annual training programme ensuring all staff possess the necessary skills and qualifications for safe job performance and compliance with statutory requirements. We are committed to full NVQ, CSCS and CPCS certification for our workforce, supplemented by internal competency standards and specialised training addressing emerging practices and regulatory changes.
Formwork and concrete specialists receive industry-recognised Working at Height training covering fall arrest, restraint and rescue. Ground workers obtain abrasive wheel, cable avoidance, confined space and hand-arm vibration awareness. Management hold CITB SMSTS, Site Manager and Supervisor qualifications and complete Temporary Works Coordinator training to BS 5975. Plant operators maintain CITB CPCS accreditation.
