Site preparation including demolition and removal of existing services; construction of substructure comprising trench-fill concrete foundations, masonry and flooring; stormwater and foul water drainage with connection to Thames Water mains; external paving, tarmac surfacing, soft landscaping and S278 highway improvements for a luxury housing development.
