Ordinal Developments Ltd is committed to driving out acts of modern day slavery and human trafficking within its business and from within its supply chains, including sub-contractors and partners. We recognise our obligations under the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and pledge to maintain transparency both internally and with external suppliers.
Hiring procedures are transparent and regularly assessed, with rigorous employee vetting, identity verification and payments to personal bank accounts. Suppliers may be required to complete a pre-qualification process aligned with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001, documenting their efforts to prevent slavery and trafficking. We audit supply chain partners, including physical inspection of worker records, and for suppliers hiring non-UK nationals we investigate recruitment practices and management of work permits and visas.
